All Condo Fee's and Maintenance Charge payments made to Natick Green Condominium Trust should be mailed to the following address only:

Condo Fees are due the FIRST of every month and those that are not received at the above address by the 10th shall be subject to a $40 late fee.

Please send your rent payments directly to the unit owner and not to Natick Green Condominium Trust
