​​In conjunction with your Board of Trustees, we are pleased to inform you that Barkan Management Company is now the full-service managing agent for your community, effective July 1, 2025. As you know, Barkan has been providing financial services for the community since we purchased Fisher Financial and beginning this month we will continue to provide this service along with the full operational management of the community. Our firm is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management and is the premier manager of condominiums throughout New England. We are very proud to add Natick Green Condominium to our growing portfolio of communities in the Metro-West area.

Please continue to make your monthly condominium fees as you have been through CINC WebAxis as this process remains the same.

Continuity of Onsite Staff...

The onsite management office will remain fully staffed by Natick Green’s current management and maintenance team members. Residents can expect the same familiar faces, day-to-day support, and level of service they have come to know, now backed by Barkan Management Company’s full-service resources.
