The Board of Trustee's issued the following letter to all homeowners on June 30, 2025: Transition Letter - Unit Owners


The board is pleased to announce Natick Green Condominium's Transition to Professional Management as of July 1, 2025.


The Board of Trustees of Natick Green Condominium Trust (the “Trust”) has determined that the long-term needs of the Natick Green community are best served by engaging a professional management company. After careful consideration and an extensive selection process, your Board is pleased to announce that Barkan Management Company (“Barkan”) of Newton, Massachusetts has been chosen to assume full property management responsibilities for Natick Green effective July 1, 2025. Many Unit Owners are already familiar with Barkan, as Barkan has been handling Natick Green financial services since April 2024.

Meetings are held online via zoom on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM.


Monthly Meetings:

  • The Natick Green Condominium Board of Trustees meets with management and maintenance team members 11 months of each year. 
  • Meetings are held virtually online via zoom link on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM.
  • Homeowners can attend these meetings to learn about the association's business & stay informed about community matters.
  • Homeowners should contact the onsite management office 10 days prior to the scheduled date should they wish to attend. An email link will be forward to the homeowner the day before the meeting.


Annual Meetings:

  • ​An annual meeting is held once a year for all owners. 
  • Annual meetings help to bring condo owners together to review the previous year's activities, approve the upcoming year's budget, discuss important community matters, and elect new board members.

 What is the board of a condo association?


 A condominium trust board, also known as a Board of Trustees, is a group of elected unit owners in a condominium community who are responsible for managing and maintaining the shared property and enforcing community rules. They are tasked with overseeing the common areas, creating and managing the budget, collecting fees, obtaining insurance, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and state laws. The board serves as the representative voice of all homeowners and operates as a legal entity called a condominium trust to serve the collective interests of the community.

​​Monthly condo board meetings are regular gatherings for board members to discuss and make decisions on community business, finances, projects, and resident concerns, with the frequency of meetings dictated by the condominium's governing documents.
