ButterflyMX has now been successfully installed and integrated at all buildings on Silver Hill Ln and Post Oak Ln, with the exception of the townhouses, which are not included in this project. Residents should have received an invitation email from ButterflyMX to set up their access. If you haven’t received your invite or need any assistance, it’s a quick and easy fix. Just contact the management office by phone, email, or stop by and we’ll be happy to get you set up.

No Keys? No Problem!

  • Natick Farmers Market – Every Saturday morning from 9AM - 1PM on the Town Common. Shop local produce, baked goods, crafts, and enjoy live music. Admission is free; you only pay if you make purchases.

  • Morse Institute Library Programs – The library offers free events throughout the month, including author talks, children's activities, crafts, and educational programs for all ages. Check out library calendar for more information.

  • Sunflower Spectacular at Elm Bank (Wellesley) – Just over the town border of Natick. Admission is $14 per adult, and $5 per child. Enjoy a family outing with beautiful sunflower fields, walking paths, and personal photo opportunities.

What’s going on in Natick?

The necessary back stair replacement project at 50 & 52 Silver Hill is nearly complete. We anticipate beginning to repair to the surrounding landscape during the second week of August to restore the affected areas. Thank you to all residents for your patience and understanding throughout this important repair process.
