There is an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, 2 on-site laundry facilities, and each unit has a washer and dryer hook up. You can purchase them or rent them but they are not supplied by this office.

No, there is not a Gym on the property however there is a popular gym within one (.06) mile of the community.

                                                   Application Procedure and What you will need to complete an Application 

                                                Please bring a valid License or passport with you for verification
1.) $50 nonrefundable application fee (cash, check, or money order) - We process your application to receive your credit score and a background check. 
2.) Copy of your most recent bank statement.  
3.) One month of pay stubs (2 for bi-weekly and 4 for weekly pay periods) or an offer letter showing your employment with new wages.  
4.) We obtain recent landlord references. If you lived at your recent address under a year, we will obtain two landlord references. 
5.) Applicant must earn at least 3 times the amount of rent in one month to qualify. Example: rent is 1200 x 3 = 3600 a month in income.
