| Storage Shed Door Replacement project | Notification was sent to 27 Unit Owners to mandate they replace their storage shed door due to their condition. The Trustees priced out with J.T. Haffey Builders and Door Systems a group discount pricing of $850 & $895 to install a new door and frame. Note: Pricing with no group discount rates have proven to be in excess of $1,000. Since this is a commercial grade door and includes the frame the price reflects the type of door that is currently on Natick Green sheds. Proposals from J.T. Haffey Builders of $850 and Door Systems of $895 can be obtained from the Natick Green Management office. Unit Owners were given a deadline of September 30th to comply with the Trustees mandate but has been extended for those needing additional time to have this work scheduled. For each of the new storage shed doors that are being installed, No Risk Painting will be coming back to the property to address the painting of them. |
| Deck Staining and Storage Shed Door painting project | We have hired the services of No Risk Painting to perform the deck staining and storage shed door painting project. Each unit owner was sent notification and an invoice reflecting the work needed to be performed on their deck and/or storage shed door.
Please note townhouse unit owners were not included in this project as they do not have decks or storage sheds. |

| March 3, 2010 through June 30, 2010 N-Star replacing lines |
Please be advised that you may see N-Star on the property starting Thursday, March 4, 2010 to do the necessary replacement work to the remaining 10% of their electric lines. Over the past years they have been repairing the electric lines and have successfully completed 90% of them. The remaining 10% that couldn’t be repaired now requires replacement and N-Star is planning to begin this project the beginning of March with a deadline of June 30, 2010.
During this process N-Star and Dig Safe have marked the property with washable spray paint. A meeting in February took place with N-Star and Management to indicate exact digging locations. All were approved by Management and there are great expectations not to have to cut into any of the new concrete sidewalks, curbs or asphalt. Their equipment is capable of burrowing underground for great lengths and any locations that cross into new construction will be underground or every effort to relocate it will be attempted, so little damage is done. In the rare case that new construction must be cut into to make a repair or lay a new conduit route, N-Star will replace it with like materials. Most of the paths of conduit routing will take place in the grass areas. Not all spray painted markings are for digging purposes, some are simply indicating where utility lines currently are located. Since they rely on the spray paint markings, please note that if snow fall covers the ground the project will be put on hold until it melts. We hope that during this project you will not be inconvenienced. You may see N-Star employees working in close proximity to your buildings including the backyards. As an ending result 100% of the electric lines will be updated on the property, a couple utility boxes will be replaced and the remainder will be painted. |
