Stair Project Updates

The Stair Project haulted in December 2009 when the weather became too cold to work in.  Concrete work requires certain temperatures and G&M Companies worked on completing as many stairs as possible before the cold weather arrived.  To date we have completed 16 of the 23 stairs (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 Post Oak Lane and 34/36, 46/48  and  50/52 Silver Hill) including new railings.  When the warm weather arrives in the spring G&M Companies will be  back to complete the remaining stairs (fronts and backs of 9/11 Silver Hill, 30 and 42/44 Silver Hill).  Notices will be posted to our residents in advance to indicate a start date.
